Park Muffler remains open and operational during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team is taking all necessary precautions to ensure that our customers and staff remain as safe as possible during this time. Here are some of the ways Park Muffler is working to ensure everyone remains safe and healthy.

Masks

Non-medical face masks are required for entry as per local bylaws and provincial mandate.  If you are coming to visit Park Muffler, please wear a mask to keep our staff and fellow customers safe!

Social Distancing

Our team members are practicing social distancing within our shop, maintaining the recommended 2 metre (6 feet) distance between staff, technicians, and customers.

To help with social distancing, we are offering contactless drop off, pick up, and payment. Customers are able to use our after hours drop off at any time! Customers may also arrange a contactless key drop off and/or pick up over the phone. Simply give us a call at (780) 464-7887 to make arrangements.

Finally, we are accepting payment both over the phone and via email.

Heightened Sanitation

We have increased our sanitation practices within our offices, installation, and mechanical facilities. All surfaces are cleaned routinely throughout the day, especially those in high-touch areas. Our employees are reminded of best personal hygiene practices such as frequent hand washing during the day.

When moving and performing work inside vehicles, our technicians are using seat covers and gloves to minimize contact with surfaces.

We ask that any customers who are experiencing symptoms please remain at home.
