The owner is a fantastic person. I had never been to Park Muffler before and I was in search of a couple short pieces of 3” exhaust pipe. The front desk directed me to a clearly very busy man. He took me to the back of the shop to help me find what I needed. His attitude was very pleasant and helpful, even had a gentlemen promptly expand the ends of the pipes for me. When I asked him for what he wanted, he told me that hard work pays off and that I could just take them. I have a ton of respect for this man, he walked me through his shop telling me how he built it over the years. If I need work done in the future, I am definitely taking it there.

I arrived late on a freezing cold Friday afternoon with sudden car trouble. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, ran out and picked it up and fixed my car within an hour. They saved the day!!
